Labyrinth Training wins Anthem Award for Spotify’s compliance series “The Sweet Spot”

Labyrinth Training Announced as a Bronze Winner in Employee Retention Initiative, Responsible Technology and wins Community Voice vote for The 3rd Annual Anthem Awards. 

Labyrinth Training announced today that it is a Bronze Winner in Employee Retention Initiative Responsible Technology for their series “The Sweet Spot” produced for Spotify, in The 3rd Annual Anthem Awards.  Labyrinth Training also won the Community Voice Award in its category, voted on by the public. This is Labyrinth Training’s second consecutive Anthem Award.

This year’s Anthem Award Winners were selected from a pool of over 2,000 submissions from 44 countries by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS). Anthem judges are intellectually diverse leaders from across the impact industry with expertise that spans across the Anthem cause areas. IADAS members include: Heather Dowdy, Director of Product Accessibility, Netflix; Alex Amouyel, President & CEO, Newman’s Own Foundation; Noel Kinder, Chief Sustainability Officer, Nike; Shaniqua McClendon, Vice President of Politics, Crooked Media/Vote Save America; Rawle Andrews Jr., Esq., Executive Director, American Psychiatric Association Foundation; Alison Moore, CEO, Comic Relief US; Christina Lang, Vice President of North American Marketing, Mozilla; Michelle Waring, Steward for Sustainability and Everyday Good, Tom’s of Maine; and more.

Labyrinth Training partnered with Spotify, the world’s leader in music streaming, to create “The Sweet Spot” - an interactive, animated ethics and compliance experience. The partnership meaningfully raised awareness among the Spotify staff of the ways they can ethically impact the world through their business practices, touching upon topics ranging from anti-bribery and insider trading to data privacy and ethical playlist curation.  “The Sweet Spot” established a diverse set of characters across roles and identifying traits, making it relatable for all Spotify employees.  The project received overwhelmingly positive response from Spotify employees as it was successfully launched across 43 offices in 26 countries.
